Women’s Health Yoga This class will focus on specific women's needs such as support for premenstrual problems & menopause as well as de-stressing both mind & body. A much needed nurturing forum for all women.

Gentle Yoga A beginners class for both men and women who want to seek inner calm. Ideal also for post natal women working on postures and breathing techniques to develop balance, flexibility, strength, clarity of mind and relaxation.

Jazz Yoga Yoga to jazz music – a relaxing soothing workout that is calming and de-stressing. A sure cure to beat the MONDAY blues. A great community space to meet people while working out on a lazy Sunday evening.

Dynamic Yoga For practitioners of hatha yoga who want a more energetic workout focusing on breathing and alignment. ENERGY.

Power Yoga A high-energy workout for more experienced yoga students with challenging postures using the breath and alignment, designed to strengthen and stretch the body

Men’s Strength Focusing on developing men’s core strength, this course will combine breath work and centering for strength, flexibility, concentration and management of stress. A First of its kind in Singapore

PTE Yoga TM (Personal Training Experience) For passionate yoga individuals who seek growth in their yoga techniques, this course includes a personal assessment and a specially designed workout monitored by the instructor with regular individual feedback. Limited class size.

Course fees

Gentle, Jazz and Power yoga $144 for 8 one (1) hour sessions ($18x8) * 22 for a trial session

Womens Health and Men’s Strength $160 for 8 one (1) hour sessions ($20X8) *24 for a trial session

PTE Yoga $228 for 8 one(1) hour sessions including separate session for assessment
